Good location in old town, easy to find. The was entrance to the terrace right from the room.

The room was not clean, it was dusty, everything is old, not fresh. The restroom also looked bad, with rust and mold in some places. Towels were old, clearly have been used for a long time. The drain in the shower worked really bad. There were no lights that can be turned on on the terrace, so we could barely enjoy staying on it as it was a night and it was dark outside. On top of that we discovered a huge cockroach on the wall of the room just next the the bed. Overall, the stay was far from good conditions.

Соотношение цена -качество идеальное. Рядом старые город Калеичи. Остановка рядом, кафе, магазины, сувениры - все в 5-ти минутной доступности. Номер небольшой, но если вы приехали, чтобы целыми днями гулять - больше и не надо. Сотрудники отзывчивые, неплохо говорят по русски.

Уютный и тихий отель, персонал добрый и отзывчивый, в кафе при отеле вкусно готовят по утрам! Особенно, гёзлиме. Номер скромный, но за свои деньги в центре города, прямо в начале старого города - идеально!

Вид на окно заброшенного здания иногда смущал, но не настолько, чтоб снижать оценку. Иногда под окнами воют собачки по утрам, но это только утром, всё остальное время тишина и покой:)

Отель очень хороший . Номер большой все работало ,( нету холодильника). Магазины пешком 2 мин , Старый Город 5 мин . До пляжа Коналты , 25 мин или на трамвае , 5 мин . Хозяева хорошие , дали пользоваться кухней , холодильником и кофе машиной . Есть терраса общая , на ней можно сидеть в любое время

Сами хозяева хорошие ребята , муж и жена , знают руский , и на все просьбы идут на встречу . Не понравился мужчина который сидит на ресепшене , вечно бурчит и вечно чем то не доволен !!!
