Additional utility bills for water and electricity are paid based on meter readings. At check-in, the current meter readings are recorded; at check-out, updated meter readings are recorded, taking into account the guests' accommodation. You will need to pay the difference in the readings. Guests who arrive earlier than the check-in time can enjoy the property's semi-olympic common pool, tennis court, indoor fitness center and children's playground. Also guests can benefit from the mentioned facilities after the check-out time. Please inform Paradise Town Villa Hazel of your expected arrival time in advance. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
