Двухместный номер Standard с видом на город (двуспальная кровать)

Кровать очень удобная, отличный ортопедический жесткий матрас. Обслуживание персонала в отеле идеальное, улыбчивые, услужливые, приветливые хозяева, лифт, светлый чистый номер. Встретили душевно-душевно, как дорогих высокопоставленных гостей. Улыбались и были вежливы, три мужчины крутились около нас, угостили чаем, заселили раньше срока, один сопроводил в номер, помогли вызвать такси, сразу дали доп. одеяло.

Я радовалась, один из самых лучших отелей и городов, пока утром не испытала шок, что по моей кровати дружно ползут какие-то жучки. Решила их снять бумажной салфеткой, а они возьми и взорвались, лопнули, выпустив кровь на салфетку и на постельное белье. Я решила поискать на постели, нашла на одеяле еще одну букашку, поймала ее, отнесла на рецепшн с вопросом: в постели клопы? Мне ответили, что проводят дезинфекцию. Надеюсь лихорадку мне эти клопы не перенесли. Лицо, шея, руки все покусанные, зуд жуткий начался через два дня. При входе в дом разделись в подъезде, поместили вещи в мусорные мешки и стираем все при температуре выше 60 градусов. Неприятно, что такой хороший отель испортили какие-то клопы. 21 век.

Очень приветливые ребята работают, говорят по-английски на хорошем уровне, немножко по-русски, в номере чисто, всё новое.

Нет ужина, а завтрак то ли из-за Рамадана, то ли из-за короны очень грустный
