Отель очень понравился. Каждый день проводилась уборка, докладывали кофе, чай; завтрак на 8 из 10, вид из окна номера тоже был приличный, персонал прекрасный, на ресепшене сотрудник немного говорит на русском, что очень порадовало. Остались очень и очень довольны!

Достойный отель с небольшим количеством номеров. Завтраки на террасе на крыше. Персонал внимательный и готовый помочь.. Близость к набережной Мраморного моря. Ночью тихо.

Кровать очень удобная, бельё белоснежное, очень порадовало наличие чайника и всего прилагающегося к нему. Да,весь персонал был вежлив,доброжелателен.

Трёхместный номер Superior

Бронировала данный отель во второй раз, но разочаровалась очень сильно. Был заказан трёхместный номер на двоих( для двух женщин) , на высоком этаже и с красивым видом. По факту получили номер на цокольном этаже . Обратились на ресепшн чтоб поменяли номер, так как бронь на высоком этаже была, но админ Юсуф(Yusuf) был очень высокомерен и не приветлив , пришлось звонить в фирму, через которую осуществлялась бронь, чтоб помогли в решении этого вопроса, через какое то время они решили в номере разъединить кровати, но при этом не заправили одеяла, после повторного звонка, они поднялись в номер и заправили кровати. Сам Юсуф в последующие дни нашего прибывания не здоровался и просто отворачивал голову в сторону. Завтрак очень очень скудный, однообразный и давалась холодная картошка, а сосиски такого вида, что будто их варили неделю назад( обветренные). Еда приносилась с холодильника, за благовременно приготовленная, что даже масло на оливках замершее. Завтрак никакой, хотя год назад был достойный. Вообщем, то , что бронировали по факту не получили. Не хороший номер, админ хамло и еда ужасная . Холодная еда приготовленная вечером.выбора не было Плохо убрана комната Пыльно Не приветливый персонал в виде Юсуфа на ресепшн, такое впечатление, что он просто не любит русских

Все очень понравилось. Прекрасное расположение - рядом Айя-София и Голубая мечеть. С террасы, где были завтраки, шикарный вид на эти достопримечательности и на море. У нас был семейный номер на трёх человек с видом на море. Каждый день убирался, менялось белье, полотенца, ставились баночки с водой. Завтраки потрясающие - омлет, жареные грибы, сосиски, тушенные помидоры, около 10 видов сыров, свежие помидоры, огурцы, фрукты, много вкусной выпечки, курага, инжир, несколько видов варенья. Очень приветливый персонал, когда заселялись, подробно объяснили про отель, выдали карту, где отметили, куда можно сходить. С удовольствием бы остановились бы вновь в этом отеле.
