At the hotel

The hotel is suitable for family holidays. The hotel has a park, an aquapark and a spa center, and excursions to various regions of Turkey are organized.

Room cleaning and towel replacement are provided daily, while bed linen is changed every two days. Facilities are suitable for guests with disabilities. National and international TV channels are available. On-site market, boutique, souvenir shop, leather shop, hairdresser, and photographer are available for guests. Languages spoken: Turkish, English, Russian and German.

Limited paid parking is available, subject to availability. Reservations are not accepted, and valet service is not provided.

Front desk is open 24/7. From November to April, only the all-inclusive concept is valid, and an additional fee is charged for all imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices and Turkish coffee that are not related to this concept. On the beach: a mixture of sand and pebbles. Beach towels can be obtained at the reception for EUR 5.00 by presenting a towel deposit card. On the first day, guests can buy cola, fanta, sprite, soda and water in the mini-bars. During the rest of the stay, only water is provided at the hotel. There are water slides in the park. Opening hours: from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM, from May 15 to September 30, depending on weather conditions. The hotel reserves the right to change opening hours, opening hours and services due to weather or other conditions without prior notice. If a reservation has been made for participation in an existing group or event at the hotel, it is important to note that participation in this event cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended to contact the relevant regional authority connected to the group regarding this matter. Kay-Uç ( Slide-Fly) is adult +18 slide in the Dolusu Aquapark. Расположение рядом с морем,, большая территория, наш номер с видом на горы, отличный аквапарк для детей, спа-зона.

Невозможно вести бизнес для туристов и одновременно быть спортивной базой для спортклубов. Именно это пытается делать отель. Детей спорт школ размещают в отеле регулярно и селят в соседние номера с туристами, которые отдыхают. Дети галдят и днём и ночью, сметают еду в ресторане. В итоге даже ночью невозможно выспаться. Ресторан a la cart не работал, питание в основном ресторане очень простое, анимации не было, вечера проводить было негде. В среднем отель не соответствует 5 звездам, это 4 звёзды, не больше 🤷.

Скудное питание , каждый день одно и тоже . Единственное , что выпечки очень большое разнообразие .

Аквапарк и бассейн великолепны, море чистое, выход с номера на бассейн также чудесен, анимация хорошая.

Очень грязно, начиная с номера(старый ремонт, потрескавшиеся стены, скрипучая кровать) до мест общего пользования. Постоянные очереди везде, за 3 дня удалось попробовать только суп и салаты,так как на них очередей нет. Еда и алкоголь поохого качества, таблетки вам точно понадобятся)))
