Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items. Upon prior requests, guests will be allowed to bring only small pets into the property with additional conditions regarding size, number of pets, and days at the property. The property requires security deposit of TWD 1000 per pet per room upon check-in for damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
