You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the cottage — Lomax Placer Gulch, Breckenridge Town Hall and Blue River Plaza.

At the cottage

You can stop by the restaurant. For participants of business meetings, there is a conference hall. Accessible for guests with disabilities: the elevator helps them to go to the highest floors.
