This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A $1000 security deposit hold must be authorized only with a credit card prior arrival. It will be released 5 business days after the check out day pending that there are no damages to the property.
