Wifi didn’t reach to outside areas

The hotel is in Music Row not far from Broadway. Great location! Everything was comfortable. Very modern! The room and hotel was spotless! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only negative is the hotel charges your credit card $600 for amenities even if you don’t use any. They remove that charge when you check out but the bank doesn’t remove it immediately.

Would like room service besides just for breakfast

We ate from the brunch menu at the Pool bar. Yummy! Good variety on the menu. So cute! Loved the shower! Best shower I’ve ever had from a hotel. Bed was comfortable and I never heard other guests! Room was very clean. Because of Covid restrictions there wasn’t maid service but you could request new towels of anything you might need. Staff was friendly and available when we had questions.

Right on music row. Lots of restaurants & bars close. Great food ( portions were a bit small , but amazing flavors ) Coffee Shop delicious☕️ The amenities , room features , design & set up was amazing. Clean .... Dog friendly 🦮 Fridge in room , toiletries, extra towels & bedding was quickly send up to our room when asked. Brand new hip hotel = amazing & clean Whatever you need they accommodate Waters to the room, carrots for my dogs brought up to the room, extra bedding! front desk girls were awesome ( late check out🙌) valet guys were so sweet & ready when I needed . $38 to valet overnight Beautiful pool & bar / restaurant on 14th floor Nice gym on 2nd floor. Great bar on first floor , with outdoor seating ( We didn’t get to check it out because there was a private event ) I’m absolutely in love with this hotel💗 I already booked my stay at the virgin hotel in Chicago for June and I can’t wait for the virgin hotel to open up in Las Vegas Way to rock it out guys !! thanks for the awesome visit.

•Beds could of been more comfortable •Slow service @ the restaurant up stairs ( they need more people on) •wanted a soda coffee Shop was closed & they have no vending machine ( I’m sure I could’ve ordered one from room service but just ordering a single soda and paying the fee didn’t seem appropriate )
