Standard room

location is perfect, close to transport and other facilities.

1) breakfast is always the same, small choice of food. 2) only 2 elevators for 36 storey building, one of which was constantly out of order. 3) if you ask anything, numerous reminders are wanted to get it (asked body wash at 2 p.m., got it at 8 p.m. after several calls to front desk). The staff is always apologising but, in actual fact, doing nothing to resolve guests' problems. Seems Philip Kotler's books (e.g. Marketing for Hospitality and Tourism, Prentice-Hall, 1996) have never been taught to the hotel chain's management.
