Service attitude of the cleaning staff & willingness to go the extra mile.

Disappointed is too strong a word. Room heater didn't work & needed me to bring this to attention of (very friendly) onsite staff, everyday. Rooms are c-c-c-colllllldddd. Mattresses have gone soft.

While the Mattress was wonderful, the bed-springs (bed 426D) were weak, & I ended up witah a recurring backache; that said, you have well-trained and dedicated staff. Kudos
