I like the easy check in and out with very helpful friendly staff.

I don’t like that the rates for the rooms can change drastically day to day.

Day staff were very friendly and helpful with all queries. I did not meet nor interact with any night staff.

Upon checking into a prepared room, it would have been nice to have a bed covering but a single towel is all I get for the night. For my shower, a single hand towel with plenty of soap ??!! Cards need to be renewed daily! WiFi password is known my the community, thus everyone comes into the lobby to employ it ... don't bother trying to have a conversation over a phone in the lobby when there are non-patron there - oddly, they ALL seem to be upset. 6 times in three days I passed thru the lobby, only one time there was not an angry 'guest'. This Hotel has had problems with late-stays and failure to pay. The elevator no longer goes to the lobby. You'll have to take the steps with your luggage. Book online! Entering the hotel, I was quoted two different prices (? huh ?) for the last room available ... which I had booked online for $45 less !!! One real bonus. It is directly across the street from the end of #1 Red Line. Easy Access!!! Fro all of my critiques, it met my needs for the 3 evenings I required it.
