The views are amazing, especially if you get a hotel room with the skyline view. You're right at Times Square so you see the lights and tall buildings. Right across my room was the Barclay's Center. The room was super clean. As soon as I walked in, staff guided me to the right direction of where to wait on line. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Also, I booked a king sized room but had to get a double. The staff and I made a compromise and gave me a double bed room with a great view.

Although the rooms were clean, the only thing that seemed to be updated was the bathroom. The wall paper was peeling off in some areas but that's it.

Right outside of Times Square I rarely complain. The first room we were given was a mess. There were hairs all over the bed sheets and pillows. The fire alarm was dangling by the wires from the ceiling. The toilet was constantly running/dripping and the walls in the room were dirty. We requested another room and let’s just say the second room wasn’t much better but at least there were no hairs on the sheets or pillows. They need to either get rid of their cleaning staff or re-train them entirely. Hotel needs renovation.

Located in the heart of Times Square! The room was plain, but adequate. With the wall being solid glass with the amazing views you don't even notice the room! This place is nice! Especially for the excellent price!! VERY CLEAN! Staff is amazing. Friendly and courteous!
