Close to Times Square, transportation, safe neighbor.
The room very small and not smell good. I paid for breakfast and I only get one fruit, one drink, and pastry and that's very cheap and I did not expect that.

Bathroom could be larger and a bit cleaner . Room was clean !
Rooms are really suitable big, bathroom on the other hand is very small. We got a double bed room with 2 bathrooms, which was very nice. No view from the window, although on the 24th floor .

Location, location, location
This hotel is tired and greatly over-priced for a run-down hotel with ridiculously small rooms and in-room facilities that are below the standard of most budget hotels. The additional charges - not included in the booking fee - are very excessive compared with similar NYC hotels. Give this hotel a wide berth!
I found the atmosphere in the hotel to be chaotic and the staff unfriendly and unhelpful. The additional fees

Historical significance, location, exhibition downstairs, beautiful interior design of the lobby. Great taxi man Frank and security staff.
Hotel is not coping with number of customers they have. In order to get something sorted with reception or concierge, you'd have to wait for 20-30 minutes. Staff seems tired and unhappy by the time it is your turn (and I can understand why). Ways of working and hotel management need to be reviewed.
