This hotel was the best airport hotel I've stayed at for quite awhile. It was a small room, but incredibly well organised.Everything was very clean; no dirty carpet, no bad smell. A pleasant surprise; considering the amount of use the hotel gets. There is a new refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker.

We got a last minute deal and a king size bed. The sheets and protector came off the bed immediately; and we were sleeping on the mattress. The mattress was too soft. We don't usually get a King. The parking is right at the front door and there were people talking and smoking outside our door; not much the hotel can do about inconsiderate people.

Location was good

the service was bad. I went to an A’s game and called their shuttle to pick us up. We called them numerous times about when they were coming to pick us up and they hung up the phone on me. My family and I were waiting for hours outside in the cold with children waiting for them to pick us up at the spot they said that there were going to pick us up. But they never came so I had to call an Uber. It pissed me off. They were less than a mile away from us but they neglected to pick us up and they hung up on me.

The amenities are above and beyond expectations ... extra clean white sheets , coffee and tea in the room,, great parking security, made me feel safe. Quick check in

The room was very near the freeway. Truck noise all night. There were holes worn in the carpet.

It was great I just didn't stay long enough
