They gave me the wrong room, didn’t provide an immediate upgrade and said I would have to speak with a manager the next day. Room had odor that wasn’t smoke, smelled like sewage.

Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. They didn't refill the soap before we got there but we brought our own. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper and it took them 4 hours before we had someone come up and bring us some.

The noise is not controlled late at night. There was a drunk man yelling in the hallways for up to an hour or more and nothing was done about it. Its easy for anyone to gain access to floors.

Seemed clean. Easy to navigate. The air worked great

I didn't like that out bathroom lights went out so we didn't have any lighting in there. One of the lights on the bedside table also went out. The room was also smaller than expected.
