Very nice staff. Everything is good except the fact that the rooms were a bit smaller than I pictured and there is no air conditioning unit. Pretty much you get what you paid for.

Great location within walking distance of many of the San Francisco landmarks Very spacious room the bed was very comfortable and very little noise from the streets below The hotel was in fairy good and clean condition The front desk staff were very helpful, especially when we were unloading our vehicle. They jumped right into help us and took everything to my room for us. Left a pair a very expensive earrings in the hotel, and they were very quick to get them back to me.

Lots of confusion when it came to using the recommended long stay parking there didn’t seem to be much communication between the parking lot people and the hotel. After much confusion we finally got it all figured out.
