Номер 209 с прекрасным видом. Отель в историческом здании. Самый центр крепости. Помогли с трансфером до Бухары.

Очень жесткий матрас. Нет холодильника в номере. Очень крутая лестница на 2 этаж. Никто не предложил помощь с чемоданом

Отель расположен в центре старого города. Нас поселили в номер 212. Супер, виды не передаваемы. Администрация отеля заселила раньше без доплат, при отсутствие чайника в номерах...выдали нам собственный. Завтраки на 4,,,,,кашки, выпечка, колбасы, сыры, сладости. Поселился бы я в этом отели снова: да. Желательно в номерах поставить чайники и холодильник (не помешало бы).

Апартаменты с 3 комнатами с балконом

5 минут до Ичан-калы. Номер отличный, экзотика. Было немного душно. В номере есть всё, что необходимо. Всё чистенько, есть всё необходимое. Встречают отлично! Готовы помочь во всём. Покормить, рассказать, вызвать такси, открыть дверь, дать водички - молодцы!

Вместо «Ориент Стар Хива» нас поселили в New Star Khiva. Отель находится в здании бывшей медресе. Очень колоритное место. Поезд из Ташкента прибыл около 8 часов утра 31.12.2023 и мы рано прибыли в отель, но нас сразу же заселили, накормили завтраком, что было для нас очень приятно, так как ночью и утром температура была -2. В номере было тепло, все исправно работало, не было чайника, но мы как-то попросили на ресепшене и нам дали без проблем. Спасибо! Нам все очень понравилось и персонал и завтраки и расположение и отель!!!

Отель - это здание бывшего медресе. Оочень красивое место, сразу виден в старом городе. Комнаты небольшие, есть что-то типа прихожей, где стоит большой шкаф, тумбочки и зеркало. Ванная комната большая. Есть балкон, что очень круто, выход и со стороны комнаты и со стороны ванной. Убирались в комнате каждый день, завтраки обычные, есть небольшой выбор. Близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Вроде как уже был не сезон, и цены были невысокие. Остались довольны)

Отель расположен самой крепости, очень удобно. Все достопримечательности рядом! Приветливый персонал, нормальные завтраки

Конкретно в нашем номере не было вай фай, может те что ближе к ресепшн имею вай фай. Была сломана одна розетка
