Расположение убранство номера

Ключ не работал , идет вокруг стройка, wi-fi давайте вам подключу, ноутбук в итоге не удалось подключить и соответственно пришлось раздавать интернет с телефона . Коллегу вообще не заселили , не понятно на чьей стороне была проблема Островок или отель но было очень не очень. Вся инфраструктура не работает исходя из этого цена прям слишком.

Завтрак

Выбирали отель по двум критериям - тишина/отдых и бассейн. При заезде оказалось, что бассейн не работает, закрыт на ремонт и нигде это не указано, на сайте ни слова, на ресепшене молчат. Во всю идет стройка, пыл и по утрам начинают сверлить. А самое забавное за 200$ сутки в номере нет зубных принадлежностей и халатов - уровень на высоте.

Отель выше всяких похвал! А нам как опытным путешественникам есть с чем сравнить))) Потрясающая чистота, стиль во всём! Живая музыка на завтраке - просто любовь… Сам завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный)))) Свежевыжатые соки, сыры, рыба - есть всё! Отдельная благодарность персоналу и лично администратору Самире!!! Все очень милые, добрые и отзывчивые))) спросили возможности позднего выезда из номера, и нам бесплатно продлили до 16:00!!! Клиентоориентированность уровень TOP! Вы лучшие! RAXMAT!!!!
