Absolutely Nothing

We arrived at 10:00 at night and checked out the next morning at 10:00am We got there at 10:00 after a 1 hour ride form airport. Restaurant was closed. They sent up a peanut butter sandwich for the kids and a dry club sandwich for me. For breakfast, my kids ordered scrambled eggs w cheese. They came w no cheese and scallions. We sent them back and they remade them w almost no cheese. My omlette had insufficient cheese and I only ate one bite. Never went to an all inclusive & will never do so again The pictures show large spacious rooms with big beds and sitting areas. For $1400 a night, we were put in a 200 SF room w 3 twin beds. There was barely room to move around. There was no Tv as none of the rooms have them. They purposely disguise the pics on website so you CANNOT see that there are no Tv's/ Place was old with louvered windows which don't suppress noise nor retain A?C.. What a dump. The staff was nice but could not explain why anyone would spend a huge nightly fee in a place like that. We travel extensively every year and i have never had to checkout of a hotel within 12 hours of arriving. The manager was rude insensitive and simply dismissed us to go without a word of apology or empathy. Bad management starts at the top. I had to pay $450 for a regular antigen test for the 3 of us as.
