In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is a fee of USD 50 for late check-in after 1900. No check-in is allowed after 2200. Please note only pre-registered pets are allowed on the property. Guests must request pets at the time of booking. The maximum height of a dog is 15 inches at the top of the head. No cats allowed.
