I am satisfield with everything. The beach is amazing.. Yes it was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly

The food could be more varied and tastier. Otherwise, there was no problem.

Food was excellent! Room was very nice, cleaned every day. Room staff was superb, ready to help at any time, our room keeper Samir was extremely nice. Superb! All Staff at the Caves Resort was very polite, friendly with very good service.

This is a great concept and good hotel. The rooms are wonderful, loooong pool and a small beach. Staff are great and have a lot to put up with. AMAZING gym but the food isnt great. Some days the food is good, some not so good. OVerall though I would go again. The whole place is spotlessly clean Front office/reception is exceptional

The food is a bit of an issue - they do the Egyptian foos really well and would strongly suggest they do more of it.

Beautiful layout and design, it is really like being in a cave, the swimming pools are just like in the pictures and videos. Great gym equipment. Somewhat large resort with private beach (very shallow, can't swim unless you walk 1/2 mile in shallow water). "Animation" staff were friendly and welcoming even after we did not join any night out event.

Not walking distance to anywhere. Supports taxi drivers at the very main entrance charing 4 times more than a Uber. Extra charge for internet connection in the room, there is internet in one small main area which is slower than a turtle upside down moonwalking backwards. Spa staff was deceiving and confrontational after hearing "I will think about it but not now" answer to a massage that is 2 times more expensive than what I pay in Europe (This attitude was everywhere, and I understand that's how it is, the difference is that in the hotel the Spa person could have at least accepted and not turned the face away when we she accidently offered a massage when passing by in the beach and we replied with a smile and a welcoming hi, but she simply changed the smile on her face and turned away). I'm not overly disappointed, but I have worked my share on the entertaining industry and training needs to be implemented. Food was not special, forget the pictures you see on the website, but at least that means eating less and more sensibly.

L’unica nota positiva di questa struttura sono le piscine e la spiaggia ma il resto è completamente da riorganizzare

La posizione della struttura è pessima non c’è niente al di fuori del villaggio e vi do un consiglio non comprate niente dai negozi del villaggio perché vi fanno spendere molto di più di quanto di spende in città Il cibo era pessimo un buffet scadente se non veniva consumato veniva riproposto il giorno dopo e il giorno dopo ancora Lo staff era gentile ma non all’altezza non parlano bene inglese e non parlano assolutamente l’italiano
