Room from the street side was very loudly, also the doors from the room wasn't were not soundproof and you could hear all the voices from the hallway. I think it was the the biggest downside because it was hard to sleep there. Air condition was also extremely loud that is why it is impossible to use it during the night.

Sheets were bad quality and too old. They were polyester-cotton and not smooth. The beach not swimable too shallow but the beach good at Empire hotel and you can use that. The area not good for shopping.

Hi all. Recently rested in the "royal star" hotel, the hotel is good. Fully satisfied with the service, very attentive staff, room cleaning was done carefully. They took all inclusive, with meals, three times a day, a large amount of food was provided for the choice, from vegetables, to red meat, from fruits, to cakes, many drinks, including alcoholic ones. The hotel offers a choice of different excursions, if you have time, you can even ride the Nile to Cairo. But the hotel is not sad either, there are wonderful animators, every evening they put on a performance. There is also an entertainment program for children. The pool is not bad, they clean it every evening, give out towels for going to the beach. By room: there is a hair dryer, a closet with hangers, towels, but no iron, if anyone needs it. In general, I recommend for booking.

payed fro see view we got side sea view!! and reception explained that they not responsible for agency that I booked with. dirty bed sheets, condom pack under duvet!!!! Next day manager came with fruit plate as apology but... on dirty plate! towel rail hanging of the wall at about 75degrees. food average.woke up with planty of bites on our feet. I suspect t fleas as found redish marks on sheet!!! defiantly NOT 4* hotel we had another booking for next 10 days. reception said it is not sea view as I booked and reception asked for extra 55$!!! no receipt given!! worse stay ever

Good food. Hotel staff friendly and polite. Access to adjacent beach and pool. Overall good value.

Hotel, particularly the room, in need of maintenance. Too much noise. Although the animation team was lovely and I do understand they were doing their jobs, it would have been nice to enjoy some quiet time by the pool or beach. Some harassment to buy extra services and unacceptable that reception would allow tour salesman to call your room before 9am.

Next to Hurghada hospital Plenty to choose from, all fresh and nice. They have daily thematic specials. Clean and spotless. The nice cleaner made us sculpts from towels daily.

The rooms are a bit warn-down. I had to complain for hot water for shower every day.
