While the first 8 days of the project will involve mobilization and may generate significant noise disturbance, the hotel will take measures to minimize the impact. Exterior maintenance will be undertaken on Beachfront Suite building from 1st to 15th November 2025. During the maintenance period: Sectional scaffolding will be installed, covering only a portion of the building. Work will be carried out between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily to minimize any disruption to guests. There will be no noise disturbances, and visual impact will be kept to a minimum. All affected areas will be clearly marked and securely cordoned off for safety.
