This hotel is not 4 star hotel. I think 1 star hotel. This hotel is not for family . Staff is not friendly

The hotel was a little walk from the beach but not too bad. We were a family of 4 covering 3 generations. We liked the position of the room on floor 2.We liked the marble floors and it was spacious.Overall we quite liked the hotel.Best of all was the food esp the breakfast We were half board.

The bad and unfriendly service at reception causing us problems and confusion. There was no information to find what was there as the hotel was so big.Also there were no directions or signs around the hotel. It was ages before we found the second pool. The room was basic and cramped for 4 there was mould on the bathroom ceiling but it was ok for the price.

1. Платишь за полноценный обед , а за напитки там нужно платить отдельно. Ужасно! Даже воду не можешь выпить с едой! 2. Wi-fi ужасный, его практически нет, только на ресепшене. 3. Лифт - постоянно очереди , очень много людей. Поставьте побольше их. 4. В столовой всегда муравейник , очень много туристов. 5. В номере нет воды, чайника, кофе/чая, кружек. Мы заболели в последние дни и даже чая в номере нет , что уж там вода, приходилось каждый раз спускаться вниз в бар и ПОКУПАТЬ чай. 6. Бассейн грязный , не чистят вообще видимо. 7. Шумоизоляции в номере отсутствует вовсе. Невозможно спать, все время крики и обычные разговоры соседей слышно. 8. В этом отеле не знают что такое двуспальная кровать, они нам просто соединили две односпальные.

Pour un 4 étoile très déçu Douche avec trace de rouille, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre , porte déboîtée donc une galère pour fermer et ouvrir !! Très déçu et alor le bruit aucun respect des claquement de porte des crie et aucune surveillance très très déçu Alor si vous avez une chambre standard vous êtes regarder comme une moins que rien et vue sur une cimetière 👍🏾 je vous déconseille
