The works will take place from April 14th to June 16th, 2026. During this period, the Check-In and Guest Experience areas will be temporarily relocated to the Hotel Lobby. No work will be done on the reception floor or the hotel entrance. However, the counter will be renewed with a new height and a more modern design. The works will be properly covered by a painted plasterboard wall to maintain a pleasant aesthetic during the process. These works will not affect our guests’ stay or tranquility, as there are no rooms near the intervention area. Likewise, the restaurants, bars, pools, gardens, and the Thalasso & SPA Center will remain fully operational. Working hours will be from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with a break between 01:30 PM and 03:00 PM. Cash transactions at this property cannot exceed EUR 2500.00, due to national regulations. For further details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation. A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on 31 December. Improvement works will be carried out in the Jameo area from October 1st to December 15th, 2025. These works will not affect the operation of the hotel at all, so our guests will be able to enjoy all facilities, bars, and restaurants without any restrictions.
