Most of our 2-bedroom-apartments are in the two houses which are not directly at the pool. Charging an electric car costs 0,40 € per kWh and it is possible up to 10 kW. A plot of land next to the two-bedroom apartments is currently being developed (as of Dec. 2021) and a single-family house will then be built on. Construction noise can probably occur between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on holidays. The construction site does not affect the panoramic view of the sea. We strongly recommed to hire a car before coming to Vistamar as our location is on a slope and the next bus stop is far away
