Amazing resort Friendly staff However very expensive to eat at the hotel. Immaculate and most things new Fantastic and staff very welcomed, courteous and always going out of their way to help us.

A vista é maravilhosa, quartos sensacionais, limpo e atenciosos até chegar no hotel!

Muito, muito, muito longe de male! O valor do aéreo corresponde a mais de 50% de uma diária. Isso que fiquei lá na virada de ano e eles afirmaram que o valor do aéreo é o mesmo o ano inteiro! $ 720 USD 2 peaple A comunicação com o hotel é HORRÍVEL! Fiz a reserva 20 dias antes da data do chekin. liguei na recepção 3 vezes e as 3 vezes eram após as 6pm. A primeira vez não souberam me informar sobre valores para chegar até a ilha, a segunda vez fui questionado sobre o número da reserva , eles me falaram que não tinha reserva no meu nome nem no número da reserva que eh gerado pelo app de reserva, a todas as vezes que liguei eles falaram que iria entrar em contato no dia seguinte para sanar as pendências e dúvidas e nada de contato! Tive que pedir pra alguém da recepção de outro hotel tentar contato para eu saber oq fazer!! Então isso é uma coisa que eles podem sim melhorar! Entre em contato pelo whats
