Ухоженная территория отеля. Большие номера, правда они имеют не очень приятный запах, но это побочный эффект субтропического климата. Услужливый приятный персонал (попутешествовав по Мексике, я поняла, что это общая черта обслуживающего персонала в стране). Еда без изысков, но выбор есть всегда. Что-нибудь для себя вы обязательно найдёте. Очень приятное впечатление произвела администратор Нидия, которая встретила меня, как дорогого гостя, уделила максимум внимания и заботы. Было бы хорошо, если бы руководство отметило эту девушку.

Мексиканский залив, вернее его кусочек, на котором расположен отель. Я даже ни разу не рискнула здесь искупаться. Зашла по колено в воду и тут же вышла. Вода неприятная. Рядом пристань для судов, отправляющихся на Исла Мухерес. Из-за этого здесь постоянно стоит запах нефтепрдкуктов, шум и грязная неприятная вода. Купаться я ездила на автобусе в направлении Коко Бонго. Там можно найти пляжи на любой вкус - с волнами и без них.

Отличный отель в середине бульвара Кукулькан, благодаря чему удобно добираться в любую часть курортной зоны. На наш взгляд, расположение отеля лучше, чем многих отелей более высокого уровня и цены. Прекрасное обслуживание, разнообразная кухня, отличный бар, где готовят коктейли на любой вкус. Вежливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь - девушкам на ресепшн отдельное спасибо! Покупали путевку по акции, поэтому соотношение цена-качество полностью устроило.

Из недостатков - дорогой wifi
