The hotel was located in a decent area. The beach was great the hotel and staff was great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The hotel was clean. The staff was great.

Beautiful vast beach All of the a la carte restaurants were very good! We hardly ate at the buffet. The bed was too firm but the three shower heads were amazing. Air worked well andwe had an amazing view. We stayed in the premier oceanfront room There were people working constantly to keep things nice ams clean. The service was top notch. All of the servers and lifeguards were extremely friendly and helpful.

Not enough palapas for shade. They have an amazing beach with plenty of room for more chairs and palapas. I didn’t like having to get up at 7 to reserve a chair everyday. And we never got a palapa.

Localização, quarto tinha piscina privada e o restaurante El oriental era muito bom.

Funcionários antipáticos, restarantes ruins, comida relativamente simples, drinks simples, nada sofisticado, o atendente do café era super chato, a comida do restaurente Cocay era horrível, achamos até um bicho vivo no alface, única comida que prestava era do restaurente Oriental o resto era horrível. Ficavam tentando evitar te dar comida. Logo no checkin tentaram nos enganar com uma história para entrar para um clube perdemos tempo com o cara nos enrolando muito chato. Não recomendo e nem voltaria.

Шикарный пляж, есть спорт (пляжный воллейбол, водный баскетбол с хорошими кольцами), аккуратные номера с отличным видом на море.

Еда на завтраке и обеде на 4, ужин на 3+. Не очень большая территория.

Достойный отель, хорошее качество обслуживания, вышколенный персонал, хорошая уборка номеров, достойный выбор питания.

Качество напитков в отеле такого уровня очень посредственное, персонал приучен к чаевым, очень не привычно для отеля все включено, хотя считаю, что виноваты отдыхающие, таскающие за собой мелкие доллары. Неудобно! Нахватает вечерних развлекательных программ, на Кубе в отеле они были более интересные, да и напитки были более достойные. Отдыхали в марте с 14 марта неделю, всегда была волна, в океане не купались ни разу .
