As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions and guests can access their rooms with a mobile device. • Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • Cleaning fee: MXN 1600 per accommodation, per week • Utility fee: MXN 400 per accommodation, per night • Resort fee: MXN 1000 per accommodation, per stay The resort fee includes:• Beach towels • Business center/computer access • Concierge service • Fitness center access • In-room bottled water • Pool access We have included all charges provided to us by the property. • Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately MXN 150 to 400 for adults, and MXN 150 to 400 for children • Late check-in fee: MXN 400 for check-in between 6:00 PM and midnight • Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 5 percent The above list may not be comprehensive.
