As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. • Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • One child 2 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • Free in-room WiFi has a 2-device limit. • Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.
