As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • Cleaning fee: USD 54 per person, per stay • A damage deposit of USD 100 will be collected before check-in. We have included all charges provided to us by the property. • Housekeeping fee: USD 85 per day The above list may not be comprehensive.
