Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property at least 1 day prior to arrival. If the rules are violated, there will be a penalty fee of MYR 300. Parking spaces are limited to two cars per apartment. The property does not accept credit cards. All miscellaneous charges must be settled by cash. The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys and further contact details regarding the property. The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy. The property requires a refundable security deposit of RM 200 upon check-in.
