Guests are encouraged to take morning flight as the boat transfer service from Semporna Jetty to Mabul Island is 10.00am and 12.30pm, while the return boat transfer service from Mabul Island to Semporna Jetty is 11.30am and 1.30pm, we recommend guest to book their departure flight after 4pm.. For room only that does not include boat transfer, an additional MYR200 for 2 pax (one way trip) boat transfer fee will be charged & airport transfer will not be included. For package guests, no additional charges will be imposed for boat transfer service. The mentioned airport pick up service for selected package will only be arranged for the same day check in directly from Tawau Airport at 8.30am and 10.30am, if guests are already in Semporna town or other hotels, guests shall arrange their own transportation to Semporna Jetty. Meanwhile, airport drop off will only be arranged for the same day check out directly to Tawau Airport, guests who request transfer service from/to other locations than Tawau Airport will not be entertained. Guests are required to provide booking ID, full name, IC number & flight schedule to hotel via email to reservations@borneodivers.com.my, at least 3 days prior to check in date, or the transfer services will not be provided.
