Front desk is open 24/7. Beach access will be closed from 17th May to 10th September 2025. New Year gala dinner is not included and charged extra. All guests are required to present a valid debit or credit card upon arrival at check-in. The card details will be kept securely on file to cover any potential damages or liabilities related to the hotel room or property. This applies even if no additional charges are made during the stay. The animation team will prepare various activities for the guests during their stay at the hotel. The program will feature yoga, water aerobics, zumba, bachata, functional resistance training, crossfit, stretching, pilates and aerobics. In addition, a children's show with interactive elements and workshops designed specifically for children is offered. This program will be available until April 15, 2026.
