Location, islands and the town of El Nido is amazing. Food was beautiful. They offered transfer to the airport and free transport to town and back was convenient. Water cooler to reuse bottles was good to save buying so many bottled water. Metal re-useable straws too.

Poor wifi- but made me escape the internet for a bit which I shouldn’t complain about. Staff were friendly but I came from another resort where they were really eager to please. At Cadlao, I felt they weren’t as eager to please. But not being too picky in paradise. Would be good if rooms had mini bars, but not far to the bar or room service was on offer. Day spa wasn’t as relaxing as experienced elsewhere but did the job.
