Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Access to the spa area is only available with a valid health resort card or after passing a medical examination. The pool is not included in the room rate. The pool is only available for guests staying for 5 days or after a full check-up on the premises of the complex. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them). The 24-hour front desk can assist guests with accommodations. Accommodation is available with children over 14 years of age. Pets are not allowed. SPA is paid separately, according to the price list.
