Отель нормальный, НО для командировочников не подходит, ибо завтраки в чеках выделены отдельной строкой, что для людей в служебных командировках является критичным. Бухгалтерия не может завтрак списать как расходы на проживание. За 900 рублей стоимости "своих кровных" можно позавтракать и получше!

Записались на 18.00 на массаж. Пришли, заполнили анкету, но каким-то образом на наше время уже всё занято. Это единственное отрицательное впечатление об отеле !

Итак..мелочи. Все зависит от мелочей. Персонал отеля идеально выполняет обязанности: все подсказали, рассказали, были максимально вежливы и отзывчивы. Когда бронировали номер, а путешествие было с маленьким ребенком, то было указано на то, что не включена детская кроватка ( на этот случай у нас в машине есть разборный манеж, где б ребенок спал как в кроватке) Но в номере стояла заправленная детская кроватка. Было так приятно! Даже обогреватель был в номере ( номер двухкомнатный, немного могло быть прохладно ребенку, обогреватель был в самый раз в вечернее время). Вода в бутылочках по требованию, замена полотенец каждый день ( обычно так в "пяти звёздах"), уборка, регулярная уборка мусора- все прекрасно отработано..Даже кондиционер для волос был ( и в "пяти звёздах " не всегда есть, а тут имеется). Спа. Услуги спа работают с 10 часов..Сказать честно, хотелось бы чуть раньше. Все сауны, хамам, русская баня прекрасны.. Завтраки. Очень хороши.. Хороший ресторан. Какого-нибудь огромного ассортимента на завтрак и не нужно. Все приготовлено очень вкусно, все горячее.. Естественно, что предоставили детский стульчик для кормления. Сладкая выпечка идеальна. Все и не попробовать. Несколько видов чая для заваривания в чайнике. Номер. Хороший вид из окна двухкомнатного номера на две стороны улицы. Восходы прекрасны. Есть и фен и сушилка и теплый пол в ванной. Два телевизора с кучей программы ... Отель рекомендую.

ну может быть слышимость , но это особенность новых зданий ( или особенность невоспитанных гостей)
