Two House River Private House is located in Istra. On the territory of the cottage village there is a well-maintained sandy beach with a beach volleyball court, children's and sports grounds. By car you can get to the children's CHICKEN, cafes, stables, as well as to the beautiful New Jerusalem Museum.

In the cottage

On a plot of 16 acres there are 2 houses with a territory of approximately 8 acres each. The houses have a spacious terrace with a view, panoramic windows overlooking the sunset and the river, a fireplace. There is parking for 4 cars on site.

The cottages have everything you need for a holiday. There is a kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances: a full-fledged refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a hob, a coffee machine with coffee beans, tea, olive and sunflower oil, salt, sugar, spices are always in stock. The house has air conditioning, a fireplace stove, a spacious bathroom with a shower, washing machine, heated floor. There are all necessary utensils, bed linen, towels of different sizes, including beach towels, cosmetic accessories, hair dryer, iron.

Also on the territory there is a comfortable barbecue, sun loungers with an umbrella, yoga mats, badminton, a volleyball and other sports equipment.
