Хорошее расположение, даже отличное. Очень понравилось, что рядом один пляж и на другой стороне другой. Но ночью тихо, музыка с пляжа не мешает. Завтраки хорошие, разнообразные, европейская кухня. Много выпечки, большой ассортимент фруктов. Номер понравился,заказывали бунгало, но предложили на выбор в основном корпусе, 3 этаж, красивейший вид на горы, выбрали в корпусе. Две больших кровати, большой номер, все работало, все отлично. Все чисто, и в номере и в отеле. Заселили без проблем раньше, по приезду, на выселении просто отдали ключ.

Все отлично,были одну ночь, отличнейший бассейн, в номере только ночевали, поэтому нужен был просто номер, и хороший бассейн, после дневной жары и купания в море, охладиться в бассейне. Благодарю персонал за вежливость. Выселение прошло за 1 минуту, мы просто отдали ключи , они нам сказали спасибо , и мы пошли. Я даже была удивлена.

В целом отеле неплох, вполне нормальный номер, неплохие завтраки, хороший wi-fi, есть бассейн. До ближайших пляжей 5-7 минут. Для спокойного отдыха и с детьми с том числе отличный вариант. Музыки с пляжа почти не слышно. С пирса встречают и помогают довезти багаж в тележках. Можно попросить воду, каждый день 2 бутылки на 2 проживающих. В целом отеле неплох, но встретили нас не очень.

Обслуживание отвратительное. Я забронировала номер с видом на море и ближайший отель, заплатив за него больше, чем за стандарт. Но засели с видом на горы и бассейн в обычный стандарт, на ресепшене показали делюкс, который выходит на какую-то крышу, объяснив это тем, что вам и так достался лучше. Я думаю, что наш номер был просто занят, т.к. они находятся выше этажом(4 этаж). В номере не убираются и вообще отель похоже предназначен для групп, которые приезжают на пхи-пхи с одной ночёвкой, поэтому они и не парятся. Отель находится в 20-25 минутах ходьбы от всей активной жизни острова. Днём на ближайшем пляже сильный отлив, там искупаться не смогли. Но вечером с центра города по пляжу не добраться - сильный прилив.
