The property provides scheduled boat transfers from Jadet pier (Mainland) at 02:00 PM and 05:00 PM, and from Nadan Pier (Koh Samet) at 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM. Guests should be at the pier at least 40 minutes prior to departure. Guests who require different departure times may book private speed boat transfers (surcharge). Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
