The resort and the beach are amazing! I can recommend this hotel. The area around also very good and have few very good restaurants with reasonable prices. The hotel area is tropical forest with huge amount of cicadas! Buggy service is available and very helpful!

Почти всё.

Душно/жарко в лобби/reception, низкие потолки в номерах. При внесении депозита долларами, обратно получаете баты , по курсу ~30,6, за минусом потраченных в отеле - $ не возвращают, что неприятно удивило. Так что используйте баты или карты.

Сервис, территория - много зелени, ручьи, водопады. Удобные номера, отличные завтраки.

Бассейн у пляжа - слишком грубая, противоскользящая, царапающая внутренняя отделка (можно легко травмироваться). Мутноватая вода в море - рядом впадает ручей. Высокие цены на спа и прочие доп.услуги.

Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта, на такси ехала около 25 минут по прилёту. Обратно 35 минут. Первая линия, море рядом. Отель имеет свою территорию. Напротив есть 2 ресторана: тайская кухня и японская. Рядом 7/11 и обменник. До центра надо ехать на такси. Пешком далековато. Уборка была каждый день, приносили воду.

Смешанные впечатления от отеля. Территория большая, зелёная, можно гулять, но влажность очень высокая, много не нагуляешься. Море рядом, пляж чистый. Есть 2 бассейна - чистые. Я была в самый сезон, на новогодние праздники, поэтому отель был переполнен людьми. Лежаков не хватает, если приходить к 10:40 -11:00, все занято. На завтраках вообще дурдом, свободных столиков нет, ходишь с тарелкой в руках и не знаешь куда приткнуться. Обслуживание официантов на завтраке оставляет желать лучшего. На второй день прибывания, еле нашла столик, села завтракать, через 5 минут прибегает официантка и начинает громко шуметь, что я должна встать из-за стола, потому что он оказывается зарезервирован, на столе нет таблички как обычно это делают, оказывается какая то круглая штучка типа шайбы лежит, я должна была догадаться, видимо. На вопрос куда мне можно пересесть, развела руками. Это их не волнует. Пришлось прервать завтрак, на следующий день даже не пошла. Менеджерам стоит увеличить количество посадочных мест в сезон, поставить дополнительно столики. Они же видят, что творится. Ну и народ, конечно, как с голодного края. Что касается разнообразия еды, то оно есть. Голодными не останетесь, если найдёте где присесть:)) На ресепшн все хорошо, здесь все очень приветливо и быстро. На территории есть ресторан, вполне неплохо готовят, цены выше, чем в других ресторанах, зато всегда были свободные столики. Номера немного уставшие, сильно шумит кондиционер, высокая влажность, поэтому без него никак, пришлось смириться:)) в остальном, все хорошо было.

Номерам нужен косметический ремонт, на стенах пятна, на столе разводы от кофе. По большому счету это мелочи, но ожидаешь иного при выборе отеля Sheraton

Отель прекрасен для отдыха вдвоем, тихого и спокойного. Вкусный ресторан тайской кухни, бар на пляже готовят тоже прикольные блюда. Пляж небольшой при отеле, рядом немного правее от отеля сразу много грязи из океана. Рядом с отелем есть пару аптек, севен элевен и два очень крутых, вкусных ресторана (итальянский и тайский). СПА хороший, но дорогой для Тая. Завтраки хорошие, вкусно и большой выбор. В целом, отель прекрасный, обслуживание отличное, чистота на уровне, все отлично. Все было очень вкусно. Номер Superior прекрасный номер, есть все необходимое.

Все отлично.
