Important information

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Kindly note that there is a change of the room type name completely from The Level Boat Suite to Duplex Boat Suite and removed club benefits from now onward for the future bookings. In case of the late arrival of the guest, the booking will be on no-show status after midnight if the guest comes after midnight hotel staff will re-instead booking following the original booking accordingly. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. Due to an unforeseen technical issue, essential maintenance and improvement works will be carried out on the infinity pool at the property. As a result, the infinity pool will be temporarily closed from 7 May to 21 May 2026. During this period, all other hotel facilities will remain fully operational, including the 700-metre lagoon pool, beachfront, kids’ water park, spa, restaurants, and all guest areas.

Отель очень красивый,зеленый,хороший пляж! Номер лодка отличный! Убирают очень хорошо! Завтраки очень вкусные! Пляж хороший

Брали все включено! Достаточно дорогая функция,не пили алкоголь вообще,но съели орехи из минибара и за орехи содрали 400 бат,при системе все включено! Сама система все включено тоже оч интересная-на обед можно взять два блюда,то есть если берешь салат и основное блюдо,то фрукты уже нельзя😳,на ужин три блюда на выбор! Но все вкусно и блюда большие,но хотелось бы фруктов! Но с платными орехами -просто трэш! Не жалко 400 бат при оплата в 250 тысяч за 5 ночей,но как то осадочек остался😂😂

Это был наш третий 5-ти звездочный отель на Самуи, и слава богу, что он был последним. Лучшее расположение, белый песок, отличные завтраки, обслуживание и номер! Мы останавливались на 5 ночей, и очень сильно расстроились, что брали и промежуточный отель, в котором так же были 5 дней. Всем очень рекомендую, до всех ближайших точек на Самуи поездка в районе 280 бат. Большое спасибо отелю, захотели вернуться еще раз!

Красивый райский уголок. Пляж отличный, но когда нет отлива, учитывайте это. Отель преимущественно европейский.

Отель оформлен в виде тропического сада, расположен на первой линии. Пляж и море чистые. Лежаков много, как на пляже так и около бассейна. Завтраки удовлетворят любой вкус. Есть азиатская и европейской кухни. Хороший Кофе. Номер и балкон большие. Кровать шириной 2 метра. Убирают номер каждый день. Громадные мягкие полотенца. У нас не было в номере тапочек. Приветливый персонал. Т к отдыхает много русских хотелось бы русскоговорящего менеджера.

Wspaniałe i obfite sniadania, dobra oferta w restauracji Breeze przy plaży. Rezerwowaliśmy pokojnDeluxe, dzięki uprzejmości hotelu otrzymaliśmy upgrade do dwupoziomowego apartamentu (w kształcie łodzi), wszystko przekroczyło nazlsze oczekiwania. Wspanialy Reservation team i obsługa w hotelu.

Basen jest piękny, ale plytka czesc powoduje, że woda bardzo się nagrzewa.
