Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The deposit will be collected as a cash or credit card payment. Guest should be reimbursed on check-out. Deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. Damage deposit of THB 1000.00 per night, with a maximum of THB 3000.00 will be required. This deposit can be made in either cash or by credit card payment. If guests choose to provide the deposit in cash, it will be reimbursed to you in full upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. If guests opt to use a credit card for the deposit, please note that the refund process may take up to two weeks, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
