It is a good mid-tier hotel with very good food and a great location. The staff at the spa are polite and friendly, and the rest of the hotel staff are also courteous and hardworking. The room was okay — overall, a pleasant experience.

The air conditioning was working well, but it was old and not fully functional, as the direction of the airflow couldn’t be adjusted. Smoking is technically not allowed in the restaurant or in the rooms, but almost everywhere else is allowed, essentially the whole hotel outside is one large smoking area, so everything smells like cigarettes. This is especially an issue around the children's pool — they could consider banning smoking there, both for the sake of the kids and to provide at least one smoke-free area for non-smokers.

Location is perfect, close to the beach and the city center. Meals are excellent with great variety, the only thing missing was some herbal/fruit teabags Staff is friendly and helpful.

Free wifi is available only in the lobby, rather week and busy as most of the tourists try to connect to this free wifi network. Rooms were worn out especially bathrooms, they should be refurbished. A/C equipment should also be upgraded as they were noisy, you could hear the noise even from the neighbouring rooms.

Great hotel with an ideal location, near the beach in 2 minutes walk, many restaurants, cafes and stores. We took only breakfast, very good many varieties of cheese, coffee machine, juices, omelets. The hotel is all inclusive. The room is clean, the linens are good. We were given a room with a view of the sea from a bit of a corner, but still great. The parking lot next to the hotel is 10 lira per day. The staff is helpful. All in all thank you.

Отличное расположение отеля рядом с пляжем Клеопатра и центром города. Питание очень вкусное и разнообразное было!

Я жил на самом верхнем этаже и там под крышей номер сильно нагревался за день, что вполне естественно в конце июня, так что кондиционер не справлялся с этой ситуацией в полной мере и даже ночью в номере было достаточно жарко и душно, но в этом я не могу винить этот отель, просто рекомендую при заселении в этот отель, по возможности, выбирать номера на всех этажах, кроме самого верхнего.

Заселили в другой отель на 1 ночь. Мебель в номере старая, фен не работал, полотенца очень старые, застиранные, с пятнами, некачественный уборка. В ресторане не хватает приборов , иногда посуды. Очень громкая музыка каждый вечер.

Очень классное расположение отеля, море и большинство достопримечательств Аланьи в шаговой доступности. Вежливый персонал отеля. Разнообразная кухня, много фруктов, вкусные кондитерские изделия.

Ich habe die Bewertungen angeschaut und habe mir dieses Hotel ausgesucht. Ich kann es nicht nachvollziehen, wie man dieses Hotel gut bewerten kann. Wir sind angekommen. Das Zimmer war groß und mit einem schönen Meerblick, aber an der Sauberkeit muss man sehr viel arbeiten. Das Zimmer war so staubig, dass die Beine von meiner kleinen Tochter beim Krabbeln schwarz wurde. Das Essen war schlecht, sehr fettig. Vielleicht für den Preis ok, aber wir haben bisher andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir haben all inclusive gebucht, aber wir konnten selten cola oder fanta trinken. War die ganze Zeit leer. Zudem wollten wir an den Strand. Wir haben wegen dem hoteleigenen Strand den Urlaub gebucht. Man musste allerdings für die Liegen und für den Schirm Geld bezahlen. So viel zum Thema All inclusive. Also für Strandliebhaber nicht das richtige Hotel. Aus dem Grund waren wir nur im Poolbereich. Das Wasser wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Geht gar nicht!! Unser baby wurde krank. Sie hatte 40 Grad Fieber. :( Wir waren 2 Tage lang im Krankenhaus. Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit. Nach dem wir im Krankenhaus waren, haben wir mit ein krankes Kind sehr lang einen Parkplatz suchen müssen. Es war Horror. Dieses Hotel verdient nicht mal den einen Stern. Den einen Stern lass ich nur für die Mitarbeiter da, die sehr nett waren. Besonderes Dankeschön geht an die Kellnerin Ilayda, die uns bei allem geholfen hat.
