Beautiful views The restaurants were only open for one night, and we could't get in that night. They were then open for takeout only. However, takeout and room service were on par with great quality. Beautiful and clean

There were a few front desk staff that were quite rude, in addition to servers at Bourbon Steakhouse, when I had ordered food to go, and/or tried to get a reservation. I was actually appalled that the security actually helped me with a situation, though a front desk person hung up on me, mid sentence.

The bed was very comfortable, luxurious bathroom

Excellent location. Beds were comfortable. Towels were replaced daily. Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean in general. Followed the covid restrictions - wearing masks was required. Staff were polite.

Our stay was enjoyable and plan to go back when rates are better.

The Beach!

I took the kids and they as well as me loved it. It was a luxury casual hotel with a great staff. Plenty of kid friendly activities and adult one’s too. Would definitely go back tomorrow if I could. The food was good but not excellent. A little room for improvement. Clean and spacious rooms, great amenities including robes and slippers. Very clean and we felt very safe during this corona virus time. Everyone was friendly and helpful, some of the best staff I have encountered.

everything! What use to be St Regis. It is like new clean. Employees were very nice, professional and always alert on whos coming down hallways. Showed respect and appreciation that we are here. Classy! Front desk lady i forgot her name, gave us a slight upgrade which was also nice! TWo pools next to each other. ONe is very kid friendly staff at pool always around for requests. Thanks Sam! Showed team work as well with another offering to move the umbrella twice. Only stayed one night, was not planned. we booked the day of, and were granted early check in without a hesitation or question. I noticed here and Ritz Carlton down the street have a lot of artificial grass. That is a bummer as the smell of fresh grass is nice, and with hot weather you cant walk on that burning hot plastic grass. Understand the water issue, but... WE didnt plan on staying but extended our anniversary getaway after Ritz couldnt keep us in the same room. Thank goodness because the Monarch made us forget about our three nights at the Ritz. Ritz just lost us to the Monarch. We will be back soon!

The rooms are a good size, restaurants are good, view is amazing and the pool is apart of the view. Beach is a 5 min walk or the resort provides a trolley which I didn’t do none of that. Next time I will make sure to take advantage of that opportunity of going to the beach.
