The room Isn’t anywhere near described, shower is broken, totally sucks! Dirty in general Checking Receptionist became rude and impolite when we declined her offer for a room upgrade

The costumer service at the check in and check out desk.... Instead of professional behavior.... Never smile.... The hotel has no reception for information.... If you need something.... Just one question.... You need to wait about 15 minutes to ask at the desk....everyone at the same line for check in and for check out.... Wasted for time.... What you need to know before booking at paris hotel : up to 2 devices wifi log in you need to pay... Just 2 is free.. In 4* hotel. And resort * A lot of hours to take room and for check out... The automatic check in machine usually not working... I do not recommend that hotel... With kindness D. B

Учитывая атмосферу Вегаса, я бы ожидала сильно более уставшие номера и не такой уровень чистоты, однако, в этом плане все было супер. Есть классная опция self check-in/out с терминалами. На стойки регистрации очередь часа на 1,5, а то и дольше. Но есть терминалы, где просто сканируешь паспорт, вставляешь карту для авторизации и депозита (что-то типа 40$ курортный налог или около того), дальше выпадает 2 ключа от номера и вы свободны.

Зона у бассейна ужасная, слишком мало места для такого кол-ва людей, лежаков не хватает, все друг на друге. В бассейн я даже не думала заходить)

Хороший Отель в центре Стрипа все на уровне

Платный вай фай дополнительно снимают 35$ в день за вай фай на 2 устройства бассейн и фитнес плюс такс. Ну это США тут везде так. За такие деньги в Штатах в другом городе Отель не найти.

Расположение Супер. Красиво оформлен интерьер внутри отеля. Красивая территория около бассейна. Очень понравился СПА комплекс. Там есть сауна, джакузи, полотенца, халаты, чай, кофе, вода, соки, фрукты.

Не понравился бассейн около башни, он вроде красивый и большой, но глубина везде одинаковая, уровень воды ниже груди, как будто для детей, приходилось на корточках ходить чтобы окунуться в воду. Хотя по краям сидят 2 девушки со спасательными кругами. Смешно даже.
