You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 295 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be 26 years of age or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. After booking, guests will be emailed a rental agreement with terms and policies. Please note toiletries, such as toilet paper and soap, are not included. While linens and towels are provided with initial one-time set up, these items will not be refreshed as housekeeping is unavailable. Two parking spaces are provided. Additional parking may be available for a surcharge. Please note that pets and motorcycles are prohibited.
