Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Panhandle Getaways will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Please note guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in and photo identification must match the name on reservation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed electronically online prior to arrival. After booking, guests will receive instructions from the property to download a mobile check-in application to their iOS or Android device. If no information is received, guests must call the property prior to arrival. The property management company, Panhandle Getaways, will send the guest a rental agreement. This must be signed electronically by the guest online prior to arrival.
